Jesus modelled a way of leading that was about serving the good of others rather than ourselves. Consequently, our teams seek to serve the Church Family in their roles.
Elders are responsible for the overall leadership of our Church Family.
Directors are legally responsible for the church as a charity.
Staff are employed to make things happen!
Our eldership team is called by God to lead, teach, and care for the Church Family, being attentive to the work of God amongst us and helping us to respond to him. Staff elders are supported financially to invest more of their time in these ways.

Every charity is required to be constituted in a way that satisfies the aims and objectives of the charity commission. We are also structured as a company limited by guarantee. It is therefore a legal requirement for the charity to have a board of directors. Our directors are also trustees. They have legal responsibility for the charity’s governance and have a wide range of skills to support the charity’s aims.
