Following Jesus is not just something for adults, but children can also come to know the love and goodness of God. Jesus himself taught us to value and prioritise children and so they are important to the life of our church family. Broadly, this is expressed in what we provide on Sunday mornings, our work with families in the community and various seasonal events throughout the year.
Children learn what it is to know and love Jesus primarily through their parents, but we also provide various groups on a Sunday morning where they combine fun activities with learning more about Jesus.
Currently, we have:
Ripples – Ages 0-3
Bubbles – Ages 4-5
Splash – Ages 6-8
Storm – Ages 9-13

Our Pancake Party around pancake day is a chance to eat pancakes(!) and enjoy this fun family party with crafts, games and a Christian message.
Our Light Party is an alternative to Halloween aimed at primary-school aged children from within the church and the community which involves food, games, crafts and a Christian message.
At Easter and Christmas we have family-friendly services, they tend to fall around Easter Sunday and the Sunday before Christmas. These services will include sung worship, interactive games, and an engaging short talk. Check out our social media to find out more.
Tots is a free weekly toddler group on Thursdays in term time. For more details check out this page.
In the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays we run lunch clubs in partnership with Dudley HAF. If your child is on free school meals, or needs support, you can book onto these through Dudley HAF or get in touch with the office.
Hawbush Family Afternoons happen in school holidays with free food and activities for families living in the Hawbush Area. They are hosted at Hawbush Community Gardens which you can find out more about here. These events book up very quickly; get in touch with the office to be put on the messaging list!
