Our first, whole church prayer gathering of the year will be at 6pm on Sunday 23rd March. We would love you to join us praying around “Mission”.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.” – Matthew 28:19
We are commanded to share the good news with those who have not yet received it. This is the mission we have been given. We can do this individually or collectively, in far flung corners of the world, or amongst our own family and neighbours.
As a church we are involved in many areas of mission. October will see a team going to Africa. We have regular outreaches to local families through the work of our Family Team. Summer Youth Mission will have teams of young people sharing the gospel by doing acts of service for the local community. Individually, we will be sharing with family and friends God’s desire for everyone to come into relationship with Him.
In our whole church prayer gatherings we are seeking to provide a space to come together to pray into areas of church life that affect us as a whole community.
Prayer is powerful and effective. Our desire is to encourage and facilitate corporate prayer. A space to seek God’s face for our community here at ACC.
