Salary: £25-33k per annum, depending on ability and experience.
Are you passionate about mission – sharing the love of Jesus with those who don’t know him? Do you enjoy working with young people and young adults? Do you love to see people growing in their faith and getting stuck in to make a difference in their local community?
If so, then you may be the right person for a unique opportunity to lead and develop work with older youth and young adults (c. 15-30) across both Amblecote Community Church (ACC) and the Brierley Hill Project (BHP).
This full time role will have a different focus in each organisation:
- ACC are looking for someone passionate about mission to join their staff team (three days a week). This person will specifically focus on helping our existing older youth and young adults to grow in faith, whilst developing our missional engagement in that age group.
- The BHP is a well-established community project that provides targeted life support and mentoring for people from the Brierley Hill area and wider Dudley Borough. They are looking for someone to lead and develop their youth support (two days a week).
Both organisations are already well connected and the vision is that this role will continue and increase that collaboration so that some activities within one setting will also benefit the other.
